What changed

fixes the 1.0.4 import queue, URL parsing, decision count, ingredient consolidation, serving scaling, and display regressions
improves EasyRecipe and structured recipe extraction across supported sites
adds resettable servings controls and scaled mise en place in web and PWA views
adds Thermomix metadata and per-step ingredients to PWA cooking steps
prevents unwanted PWA zoom interactions
bumps the frontend release version to 1.0.5

Why

The 1.0.4 bug-fix cycle identified several deterministic import and cooking-view inconsistencies. This release consolidates those corrections into the production branch and publishes them as 1.0.5.
