What changed

add a durable pre-draft import correction checkpoint
restrict corrections to basic quantity, unit, and quantity-type fixes
resume processing from corrected source data without rerunning extraction
keep invalid or unverifiable imports as hard failures
add a correction-only UI and regression coverage
lazy-load import workflow screens to keep the frontend within bundle budgets

Why

Recoverable source mismatches should be fixable during import without exposing or entering the recipe draft stage. Imports that are beyond saving still fail safely.
