Summary

keep publishing the backend, frontend, and backup images for private repositories
run GitHub provenance attestations only for public repositories, where the feature is supported for this account
unblock the 1.0.1 production release without weakening build or test gates

Verification

workflow YAML parses successfully
diff passes git whitespace validation
the preceding main run built and pushed all three image manifests before failing only at the unsupported attestation step
