Summary

add a persisted planning_week_starts_on shared setting with validation and a Monday-safe default
centralize planning-week date helpers and use them for menu week loading, navigation, AI menu planning, shopping generation, pantry ranges, and Telegram shopping links
add a settings control for Planning week starts on and update menu/shopping views to keep the selected planning week stable across refreshes
remove supermarket logos from aisle-organized shopping views to avoid broken badge images
add focused backend and frontend helper tests for Monday-first and Saturday-first planning week scenarios
