What changed

  • fixes import decision counts, numbering, stale quantity warnings, and decision actions
  • separates recipe notes from descriptions and exposes both in the appropriate editor and recipe views
  • restores non-admin access to enabled import/search capabilities
  • aligns the import and PWA colour hierarchy with the Tidy Cook palette
  • corrects the mobile PWA shell, safe-area handling, and redundant controls

Why

These fixes address the 1.0.3 import-review, recipe metadata, permissions, and installed-PWA regressions found during development verification.

Impact

Import review is clearer and internally consistent, recipe metadata is editable and visible in the right places, enabled capabilities are available to ordinary users, and the mobile interface uses the intended responsive shell and colour system.

  • backend contract, parsing, permissions, and admin-route tests added with the fixes
